By accessing and using the GPT HK - 香港人用 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Service is intended for use in Hong Kong and complies with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

2. Service Description

GPT HK - 香港人用 provides AI video generation and related services. You must provide your own API Key ("BYOK") or purchase credits to use certain features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Credits

Purchases of credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Hong Kong law. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for currency.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise prohibited under the laws of the HKSAR. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. The generated videos are provided to you subject to the terms of the underlying AI models (e.g., Google Veo 3.1). You are responsible for ensuring your use of the generated content complies with applicable copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, the Service is provided "as is" and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the HKSAR.
